Our Flower Farm

Our flowers and greenery are grown right here on our flower farm at The Barn at Shagway. We grow seasonal varieties that thrive in Michigan’s summer and fall growing seasons, allowing us to bring locally grown blooms straight from our gardens to your wedding day.

 

Our main flowers include dahlias, hydrangeas, zinnias, cosmos and sunflowers. We also grow an abundance of beautiful filler flowers, including snapdragons, statice, sweet peas, yarrow, celosia, gomphrena, and seasonal wildflowers.

 

One of the unique benefits of growing our own flowers is the ability to create a color palette that feels truly authentic for your wedding. Whether you envision soft neutrals, romantic blush and pinks, or warm autumn tones, you choose the palette and we design with what is naturally blooming in our gardens.

 

All wedding florals are designed with a natural, garden-style approach, using seasonal flowers and greenery grown on our farm whenever possible.
